We Buy Houses Henderson buys houses, and only houses within the City of Henderson, Nevada. Any offer we make is a proposal to take ownership ourselves. We do not work as a real estate agent or broker, we never list homes for owners, and we cannot represent you in a deal. Lending money and arranging loans are outside what we do as well.
Our pages are written for a general audience. Please do not treat them as legal, tax, accounting or financial guidance. A Nevada attorney, a tax preparer or another adviser who knows your situation is the right source for that.
Offers and Consultations
Talking with us costs nothing and binds nobody. That holds for a walk-through, a ballpark figure, and an offer delivered in person, by text, by email or on paper; each is an opening for negotiation. Neither side is committed until a written purchase agreement bears both signatures. You can say no to an offer without giving a reason, and until the agreement is signed we keep the right to revise or pull ours.
Purchase Agreements
Once we agree on a sale, the written contract we both sign runs the deal. Look there for the price, the closing date, the as-is condition of the house, what happens to belongings left behind and any contingencies. If this website ever says something different, the contract wins. Read every page before you sign, and feel free to have an adviser you choose look it over.
Payment and Closing
Each Henderson sale we make closes at a licensed Nevada title and escrow company. The escrow holder takes in the money and pays it out exactly as the contract and escrow instructions say. We will never charge you for an offer, and you should never hand money directly to us or anyone else as part of a sale. Before wiring anything, phone the title company at a number you looked up yourself.
No Warranty
Although we work to keep this content correct and up to date, we offer it in its current form and only when it happens to be available. No express or implied promise is made that it is complete, free of mistakes or right for your circumstances, nor that the site will always be online and free of harmful code. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
The State of Nevada's laws apply to these terms, setting aside any conflict-of-law rule that would point elsewhere. Disputes about the site or these terms must be filed in a Clark County, Nevada state or federal court, and you agree that those courts have jurisdiction over you.
Changes to These Terms
Updates to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If you keep using the website after that date, you accept the update. Our approach to personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy for website visitors and sellers.
